Requirements
Sales Team Leader - Call Center Team Leader - Debt Care Team Leader
Reporting to Management on a weekly basis
Highly analytical and good with numbers
Training new sales staff
Monitoring/managing the team's daily performance.
Achieving company objectives through effective planning, setting goals, analysing
performance data, and projecting future performance.
Preparing relevant reports for senior management
Maximise team’s lead utilisation.
Running performance counseling sessions for under-performers
Identifying and addressing key issues in the team.
Background and experience in Call Center / Debt Care / Financial Services industry
Salary: R16 000 to R18 000 per month plus incentives
Requirements:
Must be based in Salt River - Cape Town
