Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Specialist Developer at head office location in Randburg. The Pastry Specialist Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to bakery, cooking, baking, creativity skills, product development, menu design, staff training, store training, factory training, and ensuring proper hygiene standards are met in the production of confectionery items. Travel to other stores required on occasions.

Franchise Pastry Knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in confectionery production and decoration is a plus
Formal certificates/diplomas/degrees related to baking or culinary arts is a plus
Drivers License and own transport - fuel can be claim back for training and travel
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong passion for creating confectionery Pastry and Artisanal items, while consistently maintaining excellent hygiene standards and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should also be able to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with team members and clients.
