Requirements
Insurance Team Leader: Call Center
R16 000 to R20 000 per month plus incentives
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of credit life insurance agents to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any
issues.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as
necessary
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Oversee daily operations and maintain best practices for operational efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Identify training needs and organise training sessions for team members to enhance their
skills and knowledge.
Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Communicate effectively with senior management, providing reports and updates on team
performance and key metrics (KPI's).
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of business initiatives for
other financial service products.
