Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Broker Assistant / Insurance Administrator located in Centurion.
As a Broker Assistant Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting brokers in the insurance industry. Coming from an independent brokerage would be beneficial.
Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with insurance administration, processing policy documentation, communicating with clients and brokers, providing customer service, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications
Prior experience in insurance administration or a related field is preferred
Discovery Systems knowledge would be preferable
Independent Brokerage background beneficial due to the insurance and system knowledge
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using insurance administration software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High level of professionalism and integrity
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and policies is a plus
