Requirements

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper. The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks including payroll, managing financial statements, bookkeeping, and utilizing accounting software. They will also be responsible for journal entries and assisting with various finance-related tasks.


Qualifications

  • Experience in bookkeeping and managing financial statements

  • Payroll - Sage and Pastel 

  • Proficiency in accounting software

  • Knowledge of finance and journal entries

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Effective communication skills

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance
