Requirements
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper. The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks including payroll, managing financial statements, bookkeeping, and utilizing accounting software. They will also be responsible for journal entries and assisting with various finance-related tasks.
Qualifications
Experience in bookkeeping and managing financial statements
Payroll - Sage and Pastel
Proficiency in accounting software
Knowledge of finance and journal entries
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Effective communication skills
Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance
